1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

  • You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items: Sale/clearance items or items damaged due to customer misuse.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 24–48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, SVSouq will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • Credit Card / Debit Card Payments: If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: For orders paid via COD (in UAE, KSA, or Pakistan), refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Store Credit (Discount Voucher) as per the customer's preference.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
