1. What products do you sell?

2. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select the products you want, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout. You’ll be prompted to enter your shipping details and payment information. After confirming your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Debit Cards (if supported)

  • Apple Pay

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

4. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only offer shipping within the UAE. We are working on expanding to other regions and will update our customers when international shipping becomes available.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12 PM in select locations.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

6. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to track your order via the carrier’s website.

7. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to make any changes or cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@svsouq.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order is processed or shipped.

8. Do you offer gift cards?

Currently, we do not offer gift cards, but we are working on adding this feature soon. Keep an eye on our website for future updates.

9. What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. For more details, please visit our Refund Policy page.

10. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will arrange a return and offer a replacement or full refund. Be sure to keep the original packaging and provide photos of the damage for reference.

11. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, we offer exchanges for products within 30 days of purchase. If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact us at support@svsouq.com, and we will guide you through the process.
